I had been searching around for my next adventure/career opportunity, when I rode my bike past a tiny little store front with a "for rent" sign on it.  I had been pondering the idea of resurrecting my jewelry business for some time and this little spot seemed perfect.  The fact that it had no front door, no running water and was only 60 square feet did not deter me.  It has 10 foot ceilings, beautiful old floors and a giant window looking out on to a lovely historic street in the heart of Tribeca.
